Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are written for this website and govern the provision of services and the sale of digital products on it.

Contracting Party

Website owner: Yuliya Shamrei

Address: Velden am Wörthersee, Austria

Email: yshamrei@gmail.com

Scope

These terms apply to contracts concluded with private individuals through the website. The website provides educational services, including online sessions, group and individual sessions, audio and video materials, online courses, and other digital products. All services are educational and informational in nature.

Conclusion of Contract

A contract between the user and the website owner is considered concluded after payment for the service through the website or after confirmation of participation by email. After payment, the user receives access to the selected service, materials, or event in accordance with the description on the website.

User Information

The user is required to provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order or registering. The website owner is not responsible for the inability to provide the service caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Payment

Payment may be processed through external payment systems. All prices are stated in euros. In accordance with §6 Abs.1 Z27 UStG, VAT is not charged unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Access and Personal Use

After payment, the user receives access to digital materials, classes, or other services in the scope specified on the product or service page. Access is granted for personal use only. Sharing access with third parties, copying, distributing, or publishing materials without written permission is prohibited.

Digital Products and Right of Withdrawal

Digital products, class recordings, online courses, and other materials that are made available immediately after payment are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service description. The user agrees that performance of the contract begins before the statutory withdrawal period expires, and in such a case the right of withdrawal may be lost after access has been granted if permitted by applicable law.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds

The user may cancel participation in a class or service before it begins by notifying the website owner by email. The possibility of rescheduling or receiving a refund is determined individually in each case and depends on the type of service. For individual sessions, cancellation is possible no later than 24 hours before the agreed time. Later cancellation means the session is considered delivered. For group classes, courses, and programs with fixed dates, no refund is made after participation has begun unless otherwise stated in the program description.

Schedule Changes and Force Majeure

The website owner reserves the right to change the date or time of a class or to cancel a class if necessary. In case of cancellation, the user may be offered a replacement, rescheduling, or a refund of the amount paid. The website owner is not liable for failure to provide the service for reasons beyond her control, including technical failures, internet connection problems, actions of third parties, payment system failures, or force majeure.

Limitation of Liability

All classes and materials are educational in nature and do not constitute medical, psychotherapeutic, or other licensed professional activity. The information provided on the website and within classes does not replace consultation with a physician or another healthcare professional. The user independently decides to participate and is responsible for their physical and psychological condition while practicing and using the materials.

Copyright

All texts, audio, video, and other materials published on the website are protected by copyright. Use of the materials without the written permission of the website owner is prohibited.

Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

The website owner reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The current version is published on the website and takes effect from the moment of publication. Austrian law applies to these terms. Place of jurisdiction is Austria.
